Kowoto Terms of Use

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms ("Terms") apply when you use the Kowoto app, our website, or any other service we offer. By using Kowoto, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Kowoto is provided by Roberto Arce. You can contact us at support@kowoto.app.

Our service

Kowoto is a mental-math training game. It is free to play and shows no ads. Some optional features may be offered for a fee through the App Store ("paid features").

Payments

Paid features are bought through the Apple App Store. Apple handles the payment, the receipt, and any refund you may be entitled to under its rules. We never see your card details. You can manage or cancel purchases in your App Store account settings. Apple's Terms of Service also apply to your purchase.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kowoto on your own devices, for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute Kowoto or any part of it, except as the law allows.

Content and IP

Kowoto — its code, design, 3D graphics, sounds, and the "Kowoto" name — is our property or the property of its licensors. All rights are reserved. The app contains no content generated by artificial intelligence (AI). If that ever changes, we will update these pages to say so.

What you may not do

Do not use Kowoto to break the law, to harm anyone, or to interfere with the app or its servers. The app does not collect personal data and you must not use it to collect data about other people.

No warranties

We provide Kowoto "as is", as far as the law allows. We do not promise it will always work, or that it will be free of errors. Nothing in these Terms removes the legal guarantees you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Our liability

We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that are not a foreseeable result of a breach of these Terms. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it, such as liability for death, injury, or fraud.

Disputes and mediation

If you have a problem with Kowoto, first write to us at support@kowoto.app. We will answer and try to fix it.

If you live in the European Union, you can also submit your dispute to the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will take part in mediation through that platform if you ask us to. You also keep the right to go to court in the country where you live, and none of these Terms take that right away.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will show it in a future version of the app or on this page. The date above shows when the Terms were last updated.
